Answers to common questions, and how to reach us.

The beta

How do I join the beta?

On iPhone, follow the four steps on the beta page: install Apple's TestFlight app, open the LiftLane invitation, then install the app.

Which devices are supported?

LiftLane is built for iPhone. It isn't available on Android yet: you can join the waitlist to hear when it is.

How do I report a bug or send an idea?

During the beta, the quickest way is from TestFlight: open LiftLane in the TestFlight app and choose Send Beta Feedback. You can also write to us at the address below.

What will it cost?

The beta is distributed through TestFlight. At launch, LiftLane will be offered as a subscription with a 14-day free trial. Prices will be shown in the app before any purchase.

Your program

Can I change the program LiftLane built?

Yes. Open a routine in the Programs tab, then a day: you can change the sets, the reps, the rest and the effort target of each exercise, add or remove exercises, and go back to the generated version. You can also generate a new routine or build one yourself.

What does RIR mean?

Reps in reserve: how many more reps you could have done at the end of a set. RIR 2 means you stopped two reps before failure. LiftLane uses it to set the effort of each exercise.

How do I know if I am making progress?

Open the Progress tab. It answers the question first, then shows the trend of each lift (estimated 1RM), your consistency, your weekly volume, your muscle balance and your recent records.

How do I switch between kg and lb, or change language?

Both are in the Settings tab. LiftLane is available in English and French.

Your data

How do I delete my account?

Open the Settings tab in the app and choose Delete my account. Deletion is permanent: your account and all associated data are removed. See the privacy policy for details.

Is LiftLane a substitute for medical advice?

No. Programs are generated automatically, for informational purposes only. Talk to a healthcare professional before starting, especially if you have a pre-existing condition or an injury. See the terms of service.
